He makes every session worth my time and money. i find him smart, as he explains everything clearly, keeps your whole body engaged, which if not, makes the exercise pointless, and his reps are actually fun — not boring. If you have questions, he answers nicely and explains why you're doing the movement. He is not arrogant. So professional! My favorite instructor here, hands down! 💪

However, I feel the experience could have been even more enjoyable with a warmer and more engaging attendant. As a first-timer, I would have appreciated knowing more about the steps and procedures she was doing, with some explanation along the way about what to expect and how each step benefits my skin. A little more interaction, guidance, and conversation would have helped create a better connection and made me feel more comfortable throughout the session. Overall, the treatment itself was good, and I was pleased with the immediate results, but having an attendant who is more warm, lively, and personable would definitely make the experience more memorable.

To think that I almost didn’t book it due to recent bad reviews but I had some credits that I had to blow off tonight and need my nails done for an event tomorrow and I am glad I did! They use branded polish-orly and they have blowers to dry off the polish so you don’t mess it up after. I love the ambiance it’s quiet and relaxing too. She explained that Clarify+ is more suitable for those with more acne and could potentially dry out my skin. I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service! My entire experience was very good, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I enjoyed the massage dahil iba siya sa usual. Kapag hard pressure ang request mo, hard talaga, pero chine-check pa rin nila if it was comfortable . Plus points din na professional yung therapists at hindi nagkwekwentuhan, kaya relaxing talaga yung experience. May konting sounds lang from nearby establishments pero okay lang. Sulit yung 1 hour and 20 minutes plus may two rounds of tea. Bitin lang a little, so I’d probably get a longer session next time!
