すべてのレビューを表示Class is Level 1 so it’s open for beginners as well but oh boy was I shaking near the end. Loved the lower back stretch/spine decompression part of the routine. Our instructor’s tone and cadence was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep during the end pose (it was a looong day). Would book again at Yang!
