After a long break from exercise, I felt safe and comfortable under his guidance. Not only did his instruction help me regain my confidence, but I also noticed significant relief from my back pain. I highly recommend Ram for anyone looking to improve their practice and well-being!

Drinking water is provided, just bring your own tumblers & there are also several shower areas that are very spacious. Wished there’s a locker area though as open cabinets was only provided for our things.

すべてのレビューを表示I like how the class started exactly on time w/c shows their professionalism. The staff at the reception is also very accommodating. At first, I got a bit intimidated because it felt as if there's no room for mistakes but I think as long as you make efforts to follow, even if it's your first time, then the instructor will see it and there's nothing to worry about.

すべてのレビューを表示I love the energy in the place. The steps are good for beginners like me. The instructor is lively and encourages us to move more. The music inside was just a bit loud I don’t know how they’d manage it but I just got used to it afterwards. Proper ventilation was a plus and the gym’s amenities are top tier. Overall I’d love to go back!

Teacher Ia was pleasant, supportive and made everyone feel comfortable. The others in the class are also nice and even if you don’t know anyone, they make you feel welcome

すべてのレビューを表示First time to try Barre Yoga. I really like how Coach Jonathan teaches the flow. He’s very fun, graceful with executions and does the entire sequence with us. It was raining when we had the class so there was a slight interruption but the owner handled it the best way she could. Will try this class again next time. Our group had fun.
