Japanese Head spa is not the one with the fountain shower for the head. It's mostly arm and head massages which were hard and so good. I don't like it when staff chit chat loudly what more if they are video calling on their phone most of the time, don't come here if you're not okay with that. For the products used (shampoo, foam wash, serum and spray), as per them, these are all organic.

The plush recliner chairs were so comfortable, and I loved that I could unwind while watching Netflix or Disney Plus on the TV throughout my drip. The ambiance perfectly catered to my senses, allowing me to achieve a state of ultimate relaxation. My massage therapist, Liza, was incredibly attentive to the pressure I preferred and made adjustments as needed to relieve the muscle knots in my back, even adding extra shoulder heat pads during the massage. Very accommodating while waiting for the start of my appointment time, kept the waiting area discreet with a curtain. The therapeutic massage itself was delivered well and effective. I inquired if they had a massage with stretches and for them it’s their Thai massage that I may consider in the future.
