A little more interaction, guidance, and conversation would have helped create a better connection and made me feel more comfortable throughout the session. Overall, the treatment itself was good, and I was pleased with the immediate results, but having an attendant who is more warm, lively, and personable would definitely make the experience more memorable.

I initially booked Clarify+, but when therapist April assessed my skin, she noticed that I didn’t have much acne and suggested Refresh+ instead. She explained that Clarify+ is more suitable for those with more acne and could potentially dry out my skin. I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service! My entire experience was very good, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Oxyjet Clear Facial
Aside from the feeling that my skin was deeply cleaned, I felt an overall relaxation during the service. I also didn’t feel the usual pain during extraction and I saw an instant glow after the facial. It’s my first time trying this Oxyjet Clear Facial and I loved it instantly. I also have a positive experience with the people as they are very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Overall, I had a good experience. The clinic is nice, clean, and private, and I liked how they did the skincare treatment. The service was good, although one whitehead wasn’t completely removed and eventually became a small pimple, which I was able to manage. My only concern was the strong push to avail of another service during my visit. It was quite an expensive package, and I felt pressured to decide on the spot. I also specifically asked if the skincare products given to me were safe while breastfeeding, but after checking them at home, I noticed that one contains retinol. This made me a little uncomfortable since breastfeeding safety was something I had asked about. I liked the actual treatment and the clinic, but I hope they can be a little less pushy with additional services and more careful when recommending products based on a client’s specific concerns.

Small and cozy salon/studio. I was the last customer at 7PM and the staff were very courteous and the service did not feel rushed. I requested to have my pre existing gel to be drilled off, but I guess the ate was not sanay with it, so we went with soak offs instead. Overall 10/10 service!

Might just be one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Everyone in the clinic was welcoming and friendly, even got a free tour of the place. The place feels new, and looks very neat and clean. The massage felt longer than the one hour assigned to it and it was so, so good. They also offered me a donut and tea after the massage. Will definitely be back!
