She greeted me with a smile, offered me coffee or water, and I opted for water cos it was scorching hot outside, and being in traffic made me feel dehydrated 😅 so I was grateful for that little touch. After signing up, she then escorted me to my room and made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything before proceeding with the treatment and made 💯 sure I was okay the entire time. I don't like it when staff chit chat loudly what more if they are video calling on their phone most of the time, don't come here if you're not okay with that. For the products used (shampoo, foam wash, serum and spray), as per them, these are all organic.

Love the facial massage and when a serum was infused to my skin followed by a cold sheet face mask. The facial ended with me getting a vitamin C serum. This facial session really stands out among others and I could say it’s worth the 18 credits 😌 will definitely be back ☺️

I thought she's doing it for 5 years because she's very knowledgeable about everything, she's gentle, caring and with initiative to offer what is best for your skin.
