I was skeptical to get a massage here at first because this is a yoga studio, but after seeing a few positive reviews I decided to try it out for myself. I’m glad I did! I will be coming back here to get the massage again. I didn’t catch the masseuse’s name but I was told that she is the one person who does the massages. Her technique is sound, she listened to my concern about my focus areas on my shoulders and upper back, and the pressure was just right. I play sports and train regularly so I’m very particular about my massages. I enjoyed my massage at The Breathing Room and will definitely return. I only wish there were longer massage treatments aside from only 60 minutes. Other than the massage itself, the location is easy to find. I was promptly greeted by the front desk and showed into the room. It’s a singular room and incredibly spacious. You are the only one in the room so it’s quiet and relaxing, unlike other massage places where you’re separated by a curtain or thin wall. The facility is very clean and the room was comfortable with both AC and air purifier. Also to note: the massage table has a hole for your face which is very important to me because I’ve been to other places in BGC that don’t have one and you have to turn your head to one side the whole time you’re on your stomach, which kind of defeats the purpose of a good massage in my opinion.
