すべてのレビューを表示I had fun in this class. It was very challenging- I sweat so hard there was an actual puddle on my mat. But we were encouraged to take breaks as needed. I liked the music selections and the diversity in the student body as compared to many yoga spaces I’ve been to. I liked the slightly more laid back vibe also as compared to other yoga spaces, and I felt inspired by what the teacher shared about poses that took him ten years to get down. I saw bottled water/gatorade for sale but don’t remember seeing an easy way to refill water and don’t see a towel service which are the only things I would’ve loved to see.

I prefer longer holds and more organic processes of getting into and out of shapes. Frankly, I find these types of classes to really put emphasis on what the student puts into them. Anyone can rush through a Vinyasa. But slower classes are so lovely and good for the body. Thank you.

My aesthetician gave a top notch facial massage, was knowledgeable, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process, so shout out to Meg—she could easily work at a 5 star spa. Parking was a nightmare on a Friday night, so that was a major drawback for me, as I was docked the extra 10 minutes I had to spend looking for a spot. There were no extra bells and whistles in so far as technology goes for this facial, it was just various products and your standard facial steps, but the end result was glowing and radiant skin. I’m happy to have spent these credits here, which would have otherwise expired. I will probably return, and I will most likely ask for Meg again because she is a gem
