Not only did Maggie make the class fun, she also made sure we knew how to do each exercise, offered the perfect critiques to make you feel each move and pushed us to our individual max while still allowing us to give ourselves grace. I walked out feeling so much stronger and energized. I highly recommend and I will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Super class. Just the right mix of cardio and mat work. Sam is a wonderful instructor! He meets everyone where they are and this class allows students to find their own level of cardio intensity, from just starting/ getting back in to marathoners. Highly recommend.

Kaitlyn was super helpful and supportive all the way through which made me feel like I could push myself to complete the workouts and the space was very nice and spacious. Definitely a little sore now but happy to visit again!

すべてのレビューを表示Nate did a stellar job and gave custom advice for each person. Calm voice, did a great job walking us through the reps for each move. Never felt rushed. Really appreciated his review of form and posture and making sure you were at the correct weight class for you. I can honestly say I haven't ever worked all muscles in my arms before. Incorporating cool down moves at the end was a nice touch. Definitely worked out but I don't feel depleted like a lot of weight training/cardio classes I've taken. I'm a novice to interval training but I never felt lost or overwhelmed. 10/10 👍

すべてのレビューを表示Difficult class but by no means impossible. Coach Sara did an amazing job of helping me and my friend with strategy and form and which weights to grab and had a great playlist. We met a few others in the class who were encouraging and happy to be there. I'd take this class again.

I struggled to find the location and once I finally found parking, I called the gym to help me find it and whoever I spoke to was very nice and told me that they were closed for Veteran’s Day which they said they communicated to Class pass but Class Pass didn’t update. I contacted customer service but it seems I may have lost credits on this one.

すべてのレビューを表示Great little gym! The owner/coach was SO nice and friendly. He modified the workout to whatever I wanted to focus on in terms of upper/lower/core. He made sure to walk me through all the exercises step by step, checked my form to make sure I was doing the movements correctly, and checked in to make sure a previous injury I had mentioned at the beginning of the session wasn’t bothering me.
