すべてのレビューを表示I had fun in this class. It was very challenging- I sweat so hard there was an actual puddle on my mat. But we were encouraged to take breaks as needed. I liked the music selections and the diversity in the student body as compared to many yoga spaces I’ve been to. I liked the slightly more laid back vibe also as compared to other yoga spaces, and I felt inspired by what the teacher shared about poses that took him ten years to get down. I saw bottled water/gatorade for sale but don’t remember seeing an easy way to refill water and don’t see a towel service which are the only things I would’ve loved to see.

ADULT - BEG - beginning adult ballet
すべてのレビューを表示loved ballet! it was my first time taking it and although the instructor showed dances quickly, she did spend time going over them two or three times when a few of us struggled. we laughed and enjoyed ourselves, and at the end of class Christina pointed me towards online ballet instructors to help me improve form and fluidity. i’ll definitely be taking another class!
