すべてのレビューを表示As a plus size woman I was so nervous to try Pilates but Julia really eased my concerns. While I struggled to do the core workouts, the explanation and assistance was extremely helpful! If you’re debating, just try Starter50 a few times and see where it goes. I’ll definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示This is undoubtedly the hardest class I’ve ever taken. However, Nora was great. She was funny. She was attentive and very encouraging. I definitely need a lot more starter classes before moving onto the next level. I learned a lot about myself taking this class mainly my core isn’t strong at all 😂😂

すべてのレビューを表示Carolyn was awesome! She was super kind, warm and welcoming upon arrival. This was my first time at Thrive and my second time taking a reformers type class (first time was Solidcore). She provided ample amounts of cues, corrected form when necessary and had fluid movement throughout each portion of the class. I am fitness instructor in Philadelphia, so I am not a novice to working out / fitness. I appreciated that the class was beginner friendly, but also offered opportunities for advanced movements to make it more challenging for returners. With a deep history of teaching, I was super impressed to hear that Carolyn was new to the studio. Great class, instructor, and studio!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Great class that hits a lot of muscle groups and has a nice amount of variety in the exercises. Instructor is awesome and gives helpful form corrections and encouragement. Wish the studio had a policy against cell phones, since it's distracting to have people texting during class.
