すべてのレビューを表示I liked that she managed my type 4c hair with care. I have very thick hair. She styled it with hot irons but it only lasted a day the next day the curls were out. But then again I acknowledge that I walked out to the snow so the moist must have made it lose the curls. None the less it was a good experience.

Wash, Cut and Blowdry
すべてのレビューを表示Overall very nice experience! I didn’t catch my stylists name (I believe it was Natasha?) but she was lovely to work with. She made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing as well the how to style it on my own. She was attentive to my preferences and took me back right on schedule! The space is clean and well decorated with plants. Unfortunately, the studio wasn’t familiar with how the ClassPass Concierge worked which led to me paying $60.00 even though as a walk in it would’ve been $45.00-50.00 (the price the stylist initially told me in the chair). Due to technically “overpaying” automatically the owner said the extra money could just count as a “tip” which I would’ve left regardless though I would’ve preferred the option to choose on my own. It would’ve been nice to have a clear price and not assume the tip. There was no attempt to refund me via the app or at least offer store credit. Additionally, they were confused why someone else scheduled the appointment for me (due to the class pass system). Besides the ClassPass logistics I did have a very nice experience and would recommend!
