If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

I was nervous before I walked in that it'd be intimidating or that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but the pace had lots of rest time and everyone in the class was so friendly and encouraging. Also was covered in sweat at the end of class - great workout and I was proud of what I could do. Highly recommend!

They noticed that I have knee braces on from a previous injury and modified the workouts based on what I can do which was very kind of them.
