すべてのレビューを表示The class was 5 stars, BUT THE HEAT!??? I give that 0 stars LOL! I enjoyed the class tho along with the following of the instructor's voice and the corrections. It was great but way too hot for me. Definitely a great flow of movements tho! Very effective thank you

すべてのレビューを表示I've been to this class at HotFlo many times, but in this case, it was really hot outside and I'd given blood the day before. Emily was so kind and nonjudgmental when I ultimately had to leave the class a little early. I also appreciate her obvious expertise with regard to the movements of Bikram yoga. I'll return!
