すべてのレビューを表示Izzy was so great! Great cues, corrections and interesting/unique (and challenging!!!) sequences which is refreshing. Izzy had infectious energy and good vibes. The space is welcoming and I love that there is tea! Will definitely be back :)

You could tell she was a seasoned pilates instructor, but still made the time to let you be in control of your own class - if something was too much, or if you wanted to push that little extra, it was entirely in your hands! すべてのレビューを表示This class was great for an introductory class. Everything was wonderful. I felt very comfortable and never judged for being new, which is nice because joining a new fitness classes can be intimidating. Jayne, the instructor, is a very kind & warm woman! 🧡

すべてのレビューを表示First time ever experienced hot yoga here with Cecillia 🙌 She was so welcoming, caring and patient as she knew I was new to this. The facility is 10/10 as it is SO CLEAN! You can also shower here if you want and bring your own towel, I’m pretty sure shampoo&conditioner and body wash are provided. Highly recommended and would come again! 💯
