Taylor was very friendly and made sure to check in with each of us after class. Very good sound proofing in studio as rest of building is a gym. Thanks!

She found out I have a very tensed plantar fascia and could be related to my headache. She even massaged my subscapularis muscle! The whole session was relaxing, I fell asleep briefly in the middle of it. I really recommend her, she’s very experienced and does a lot of stretching movement too during the massage.

The facilities are top-notch—everything is really clean and organized. The sauna is honestly one of the best I’ve been in; you don’t feel cramped or stuck like in most saunas, which is a big plus. The place is really convenient too, with parking available. They offer yoga, ice baths, sauna, IV drips, showers, and clean changing rooms and toilets. It’s like a one-stop place for wellness.
