すべてのレビューを表示Pilates class with Michelle was good! Really great upper body workout and really worked my biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. It was a great pace, but still a great push. I could feel muscles working I never knew how to localise and work before. Class was intimate enough that Michelle was able to correct my form and make sure I was going okay. Michelle is lovely, and would highly recommend this class for anyone at any level; beginner, intermediate or advanced.
