すべてのレビューを表示My first time doing a chair and barrel class. I would say it’s a lot more advanced compared to reformer and would require a lot of mind-muscle connection. Gina’s class is definitely not for a first timer, however a great “posterior chain burner”class. Highly recommend if that’s what you’re looking for - I would return :)

Honestly super suitable for people who sit long hours at work 😭 It really trains the weak hamstrings and lower body muscles that we normally don’t use properly. First time seeing my legs shaking uncontrollably during some movements, but I guess that just proves those exercises were really activating the right muscles and helping with my weak lower body.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class as always, the newly renovated space has been a great addition for the experience! Instructor is always very attentive to your form. Definitely one of the best mat pilates class in Penang though I do wish they have more mat pilates classes focusing on other areas.
