No after care instructions or follow-up. The spa is clean and there are about 9-10 rooms of tanning beds and red light therapy rooms.

すべてのレビューを表示The session I had with Lin is truly like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m so glad I went in with no expectations. Lin is incredibly talented at what she does, but even more than that, she cares about her clients. The session itself for me was extraordinarily healing and involved minimal, but poignant touch. It was rooted in healing and releasing energy I had stored. As a typical westerner who has always relied on treating the “visible” problems of chronic pain through avenues such as massage, chiropractic care, medicine, stretching etc. I admit I was somewhat skeptical but also believed in Lin’s approach. Now writing this review 3 hours after my session ended, I can tell you with full confidence that SOMETHING has shifted, or lifted, or cleared, within me. I feel lighter, calmer, and my neck pain doesn’t feel so “heavy.” I truly believe Lin and her practice are one of a kind and worth every penny (or ClassPass credit) because of what she offers. I will definitely be back. Thank you Lin.

Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop). I stand by boxing being one of the best forms of cardio out there and I’ll definitely be coming back.
