Was very fun and easy to follow. I love that she just made it about having fun and moving around rather than getting things. Perfect. I really need the environment comfortable and fun

すべてのレビューを表示Ben was absolutely amazing! This was a great workout. He pushed the class to give it their all. Honestly, I’ve been working out for a good time and Ben had me almost giving up. Not in a bad way in a good way. I enjoy a nice hard workout session that makes me feel so great after. I definitely recommend taking Ben for a class if you want a really good workout. I’ll be back for more that’s for sure!!

すべてのレビューを表示Honestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

すべてのレビューを表示Carina was a great instructor. perfect intro class that included a warm up with stretching and then showed us 3-4 moves including rotating ones. my friend and I were able to do all but one of the moves but had fun and were challenged. definitely not easy and takes some practice but carina was very friendly and encouraging.

However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

I really enjoyed her class tonight & learned a lot :) although it was a full class, she taught several tricks and managed to give personalized instruction to every one. Found this mildly bizzare… also while dancing was fun, it was clear the instructor was a youngin’ all the moves required so much bouncing & weight on the knees. I sort of tweaked/mildly sprained my knee early on from which it never quite recovered. I know I sound so old writing this, but I’m a mere thirty! Very difficult on the joints. Not an issue I’ve ever had on the dance floor before!
