すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been going to Mat Pilate class with Megan for over a month, I’ve seen a big improvement of my core strength - on legs & arms & abs. I like Mat Pilate because I can work out on a mat without any equipment, which is very important to me because I travel a lot for my business, I need the skills to workout remotely. I highly recommend it.

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was very welcoming and provided 1:1 help for my form and technique. She made sure the new students were guided appropriately and safely. I had a great workout and appreciated the modification of the PVC pipe if needed. If anyone is fearful of crossfit due to the advanced moves, try out this class and let them know it’s your first time! The people are very friendly and supportive of one another! Love it!
