    FLOW Sculpt Full Body

    Instructor was very kind, it was my first time at Bodyrok and they gave me a rundown of the studio and walked me through the machine before class started. The class is fast passed and higher intensity than regular reformer Pilates, but it makes for a great workout. Seemed like it was customizable for different fitness levels.

    This was a great class, and my first time trying SLT. Hayley’s instructions were really clear making the transitions feel pretty natural. Definitely challenging but if you’ve done solidcore or bodyrok you’ll be fine, I would recommend trying it out for sure.
