    I’ve been to many y7 yoga classes and there are so many wonderful instructors — Megan was such a gem. I REALLY enjoyed her class. Loved her music choices and little affirmations/sweet encouraging words. The flows and sequences felt really great. I can’t wait to take a class by her again.

    The Piston

    As always, the instructors are engaging, helpful and motivating. What I would suggest be changed for this class is doing multiple sets at the stations and only one lap rather than doing one set and multiple laps. I didn’t feel the burn. Usually, I’m able to work up a good sweat during a F45 class. Not this one. One set and multiple laps may work better for a cardio class and not strength training.

    Butts and Gutts with Coach Joe was an amazing experience! He was super attentive and gave a lot of helpful feedback during the class to correct your form and challenge you when necessary.     Boxing Science - Conditioning/Strength Training

    Was greeted in a friendly manner by the studio owner and the front desk staff. Did the conditioning class which didn't require gloves or wraps. The class combined a good mix of upper and lower body boxing strength exercises with a warm up and cool down. I liked it and will likely be back to try their Boxing classes.

    Excellent class! Great playlist , not the typical yoga music, which may not be for everyone but I enjoyed having something different. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.
