    Doug is truly the best instructor we’ve ever had at Barry’s! He was so kind, positive, welcoming and motivating. Excellent cues and demonstrations, and he carried us all the way through class with his jokes and encouragement. I would come back just for him!

    first class! amazing routine. I was done mostly on a mat with bands, sliders. light weights. I was sore the next day. Instructor did not use a mic so l, but she had a loud enough voice ☺️. Small class size, about 10 women. And a cute space. street parking was available.
