すべてのレビューを表示Maria is an amazing guiding voice throughout this practice. She creates such a calm, safe, free space for everyone. Class was spent on our backs doing some very slow, very gently stretching and deep breathing. This was not a flow. I could tell everyone wore their comfiest clothing, and next time I would even bring a light, comfy sweatshirt. Props, such as blocks, a blanket, and bolster were encouraged to make it comfortable for ourselves. Maria provided three different essential oils she very kindly shared and passed around the room for anyone who wanted to dab some on their wrists before beginning. I can imagine this class being especially lovely when the time changes and it’s dark outside, illuminating the candlelight, but the gentle light filtered through the curtains was pleasant in its own way. If you’re looking for some time for yourself, to engage in self care and self love, to give yourself the gift of being still and quieting your body and mind, you will love this class. Perfect after a long Monday.

すべてのレビューを表示Splits and straddles was a great stretch for your legs and hips. The focus is on stretching safely with proper alignment. This is a great class to work on flexibility. You don’t have to be flexible to take it! I felt so much better afterwards! Loved this class!!
