Barbara is kind and gentle and patient,but knowledgeable about her craft.She is a wonderful teacher with a beautiful cadence and delivery to her instruction. The space is unbeatable, with bamboo surrounding the tiki hut and wind chimes. Even on a hot day it makes for a wonderful practice.

すべてのレビューを表示Today was my first ever aerial yoga class and boy when I tell you it was a shock! (In the best way possible)! I have never felt so stretched out, challenged, supported and encouraged before. The instructor was wonderful and always looking out to make any correction she needed to for me. It was such a huge help as I had no idea what it should look/feel like. She was very articulate with what she was doing so even when you couldn’t see her you could continue to follow along. Not only was the instructor wonderful the entire class was welcoming and encouraging for it being my first time. The studio was clean, cute and well kept. I would definitely recommend taking a class and trying it out. Especially if you want to challenge yourself!
