I also loved that she gave us time at the end to practice things like headstands. Her playlist was great too — overall such a fun and supportive class. I’d definitely take her class again!

WOW that was absolutely hard and amazing and cool. Love to get tips on form and all the instructors are so encouraging!! They really pushed me to my limits without injury and I LOVE THAT!! Jomarie was my stretch therapist and changed how I felt after being sore from Pilates. I left pain free. I needed this full self care day because it made a SIGNIFICANT difference in my recovery.
