すべてのレビューを表示This was by far the best sauna I’ve experienced in the KC area. The cayenne shooter before was really good and made me sweat a good deal. Love that my room had a personal shower and everything was very clean. Will be coming back!

すべてのレビューを表示This was such a great experience! Definitely arrive early for your first time to complete some paperwork. You have the full 60 minutes, but you need to be walking out at the end. They do have a separate beauty bar where you can get ready and blow dry your hair. There’s a ton of amenities which is super nice. Definitely an elevated, luxury experience.

I loved all the minor details they have in place! Including asking my preferences for the tv to have ready for next time. The suite was cozy & private. It was great!

The massage had one of the best ones I’ve experienced—relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. You can tell they really pay attention to comfort and detail. すべてのレビューを表示I came to Stretch U and experienced the Red light therapy bed, the contrast room, and a 40 minute stretch. The space was clean and organized. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Jomarie was my stretch therapist and changed how I felt after being sore from Pilates. I left pain free. I needed this full self care day because it made a SIGNIFICANT difference in my recovery. I will for sure be returning! Cannot recommend it enough!

They treat you like you pay for a membership with them directly! I got one of the lifestyle drips through classpass and bought an IM vitamin b shot personally and I can already tell it’s working!
