すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was very welcoming to a newbie. This was an advanced class. I was never made to feel embarrassed or “other” as I made my own adaptations. The space is sunny at 9:30 am and well-equipped with all the yoga accoutrements.

すべてのレビューを表示1000/10 this has been my favorite yoga session thus far. Movement and flow was almost effortless and the space is beautiful. I took the Mass Relaxation session, and I’ve never left a yoga session with my intention so set in stone. I will absolutely be coming back and bringing friends.
