すべてのレビューを表示I can’t say enough about Courtney! She brings such a balance strong feminine & strong masculine energy to every class bringing attention to the breath, mind, spirit, and of course body. She has helped ground me and motivate me to push through, but also today really helped me accept where I was and listen to what my body was telling me and it opened up space for the most divine encounter. An encounter that was so powerful with my eyes closed, it’s changing my life when I have my eyes open and out in this crazy, chaotic, beautifully vibrant world we are all experiencing! Much love to the entire My Hot Crew, but an extra special one for my sister Courtney Krueger for bringing the best of her today! Hugh helped me understand the movements and gave very actionable feedback on the techniques. I had done a 60 minute class but the 90 minute class was another level and challenging in the best way! I highly recommend this class and will definitely be back!

I was completely zen’d out during her sound bath, I think I went to another planet and back 🪐✨ She even incorporated a bit of Reiki which felt so nice. Plus some lavender oil towards the end of practice. Ladies were staying after class for a tarot reading but I had to go, sadly. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want/need a chilled out vibe to connect to yourself and with others.
