すべてのレビューを表示My nail technician, Tina, was great! Simple manicure and pedicure and it was done perfectly. I felt pampered, Tina was both swift and thorough! The negative part of this: I was told Classpass covers $46 and the service is $50 so I needed to pay $4. Thankfully I was warned from previous reviews so I was ready for it but I did explain to the manager that does not align with how Classpass works. We're meant to pay through the app and that's it. He didn't think $4 was a big deal but I tried explaining to him that it was a big deal to ask people to pay beyond what's listed in the app. The only cost outside the app was meant for tips. He said he would talk to his other managers and see what they could do to fix it. I won't hold my breath but maybe they'll do something? Let's see.

It was not her fault the app did not send the booking to her. We quickly were able to reschedule and she was very flexible with the issue!! I arrived about 2 minutes late and Ari could have left but stayed open for me. She was SOOO good omg.
