すべてのレビューを表示Adriana T’s energy is unmatched! She was amazing. She did the whole class along with a smile on her face. Playlist was fantastic and upbeat. The studio is spacious but a little messy when people are leaving and you’re trying to come in. It was hot but specially VERY HUMID making a little claustrophobic. I wish they had more ventilation specially mid-end class. They gave towels but they weren’t even cold. Regardless, I will be coming back!!! Loved it

He’s motivating and he always pushes you to the next level while making sure you’re doing the correct Movement with the correct form. I give him a 12 out of 10 . Always go back

すべてのレビューを表示Had so much fun learning Lyra with Nicole! She was super friendly and very helpful. There are only two rings, so you do have to share. Honestly I don’t mind it, because learning the different tricks takes a lot of energy. So having a break in between doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Can’t wait to take more classes!

すべてのレビューを表示I was running a bit late, but they were kind enough to let me join the class. It was a good workout but definitely feels more for beginners. I started out going to intense Pilates classes, so this was definitely a change of pace. Overall I enjoyed it and can’t wait to try out their 1.5 level!
