While I encountered challenges with a few poses, her provision of modifications ensured I could perform them effectively. It is no surprise that this session reaches capacity so quickly.

すべてのレビューを表示The most welcoming studio I’ve ever been to! I’ve been out of yoga practice for a bit, but Nancy helped me fit right in! Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!
