すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been attending Chloe’s pre/postnatal class since I was 9 weeks pregnant, and I absolutely love her class! She’s so informative and knows how to cater to participants’ needs before, during, and after class. The class is very restorative and educational. I always leave her class feeling good and learn something new.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

すべてのレビューを表示I really like this instructor and feel like I got a great workout and a good stretch. This class was very shoulder heavy and I’ve been having some shoulder issues so this was just a little tough for me. Other than that it was great energy and fun!

すべてのレビューを表示It doesn’t matter if it’s Mat or Reformer, Destany’s classes are always SOOO good! Her flows are thoughtful, intentional, and always leave me feeling stronger. The view during the mat classes is spectacular and makes the experience even better. Highly recommend! 11/10

すべてのレビューを表示Emily was incredible! She was very sweet and attentive to my needs. I enjoyed this massage more than other prenatal massages because she focused on getting the knots I had out. She wasn’t afraid to use pressure, which I appreciated. This will definitely help me with third trimester aches and pains! She is also very receptive and if higher pressure isn’t your thing, she adjusts with no issue. The space was calm, inviting, clean, and had peaceful music. I would definitely come back!
