すべてのレビューを表示This was my first Ashtanga yoga class, and Gian made me feel very comfortable and supported. She was attentive, carefully corrected my form, and made sure I followed the proper technique. Even when I fell behind, I felt seen and encouraged. A wonderful first experience!

すべてのレビューを表示This studio is absolutely magnificent! I was greeted with hugs by the owners two daughters and their new puppy. It was pure bliss. The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

She created such a friendly and positive environment, which made the whole experience even better. It was my first class and she really helped me through the movements making sure I did everything right which was awesome.
