すべてのレビューを表示I loved the class. There were a variety of weights to choose from. I am getting back into lifting again and I was pleased to see I could go low on my weights and still get the burn. Vern watched our form and corrected where needed. Imagining holding a pencil under my🍑 was just what I needed to activate the right muscles and I hadn't realized I wasn't doing that. This class was fun, empowering and we all felt strong. I love the sense of community here! ❤️

I felt comfortable in my private room and was able to make adjustments to the temperature, music, lights, etc. She made the process very easy.
