すべてのレビューを表示Great class, great cuing. Good mix of some classical and contemporary. I messed up my workout schedule today and this was my 3rd class of the day so I was absolutely dead. One thing is that I wish it wasn’t so dark. I understand the appeal of a dark room but I think it’s easier to maintain form and check alignment in the mirrors when it’s a little bit easier to see.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved Groundwork pilates. I used all my supporting muscles and the class had us use all of our body from head to toes. I could still feel the burn two days later you know that "I just had a great workout." This class worked for those that are just starting, have been doing Pilates for years or for those who just wanted someone to begin their journey. Audri (the owner) is incredible, you will feel better than you did when you arrived and she makes sure you are breathing, doing the moves correctly and she completes the workout right along with you! I highly recommend this class! I will be taking it again. I love the 5:30 am class to have me time.

すべてのレビューを表示I love waking up to Defyn on Mondays! I really enjoy the mix of strength and cardio. I do wish there were 15 and 20 lb dumbbells for an added challenge. The fives and tens are becoming too easy which is not a bad thing! 😊
