すべてのレビューを表示I loved Groundwork pilates. I used all my supporting muscles and the class had us use all of our body from head to toes. I could still feel the burn two days later you know that "I just had a great workout." This class worked for those that are just starting, have been doing Pilates for years or for those who just wanted someone to begin their journey. Audri (the owner) is incredible, you will feel better than you did when you arrived and she makes sure you are breathing, doing the moves correctly and she completes the workout right along with you! I highly recommend this class! I will be taking it again. I love the 5:30 am class to have me time.
