すべてのレビューを表示First time here and loved how beautiful and chill the studio is. They're full service so they provide water and all the equipment needed for class, including mats. The class itself was great. A slower pace but instructor provides modifications to make it more challenging. Overall, great experience. Only critique is that sometimes I felt the music in the class didn't sync up with the rhythm of the movements (too fast, or upbeat).

すべてのレビューを表示This class is consistently good. Music choices are *chef’s kiss*. Sydney also is really, really good at explaining what to do and how to do it right. I started this class in May as a complete newbie to fitness and I could barely lift the lightest weights. I’ve been going 2x a week since then and I’m extremely happy with how much I’ve progressed. LFS community is also just very warm in general and very encouraging. I always look forward to this class :)

I’ve been trying to come every week for the last few months and have seen really good improvements, even though inversions seemed so intimidating before trying it out! We used the roller to warm up our muscles and she did very low impact but effective strength exercises with the band, strap, mat and roller. . Afterwards, the balance of the session could be spent in the infrared sauna. The stretching was v effective so I was glad to use the sauna after. Space was v clean and staff was friendly and welcoming.

Dustin repeated the moves often which I appreciated as a visual learner and someone who copies the person beside me often because I can’t hear. I appreciated that he would give tips or call outs between sets and call out what he sees is being done wrong to the entire group. I also like that he goes around and gives one on one coaching especially if something is being done wrong.
