Not necessarily beginner friendly but of course you can set your own pace. I felt like I caught on quicker bc Ive been working out at Bunda which has a very similar format. I noticed other reviews complained ab the loud music. It didnt seem abnormally loud to me. The volume (&lights) adjusted with the pushes which I loved!! It actually helped me push harder. Definitely expect to be sore tomorrow & most certainly plan on coming back.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was fun, there are three exercises per station and three stations in total and it’s 45 seconds of work time and 15 seconds in between each and you go through each exercise three times before you switch stations. Jackie, the instructor, was high energy and very encouraging and I feel like I got a really good workout and my only silly complaint is that the room is kind of cold which I know for some people it might not have been though! I’m definitely going back and trying a different one of their classes soon!

Her cues were clear and easy to follow, and she gave thoughtful adjustments when needed that helped me get more out of each pose. The flow was seamless and well-paced, and the playlist was amazing—it matched the energy of the class perfectly. Amy creates such a positive and encouraging environment, and I left feeling both challenged and refreshed. Can't wait to take another class with her!

Maggie is such a great instructor and is very good about helping you correct your form. Can’t wait to go back next weekend!

We did nine minutes of self propelling treadmill and then nine minutes of strength and then nine minutes of VersaClimber and nine minutes of strength and it kicked my booty. I am 100000% coming back. Priscilla keeps you moving along the whole time and you never feel like you don’t know what you’re doing. If you’re questioning signing up don’t, just do it!

すべてのレビューを表示I took a CrossFit class today with Zachery and it was a great workout. He challenged us every rep to add weight and push ourselves, which I really appreciated. The class was small, which made it more personal, and free parking was a plus. The wall ball lunges at the end were no joke—we finished with 150 reps, and it definitely pushed me to my limits. Overall, I really enjoyed this class and will definitely be back
