Great sense of humor, flowing playlists, hands on adjustments, and “yogic philosophy” teachings that are uplifting and gentle, even for the most skeptical peeps doing yoga “just for the workout.” (Which IMHO isn’t true yoga.) also special shout out to Stephan at the front desk who went out of his way to be sweet and welcoming, as it was my first time at this studio. Excellent customer service. 5 stars for both of them!

Diana led us through a non traditional slow flow where I felt stretched out and ended with a sound bath. I especially appreciated the use of straps to "floss" and stretch out our shoulders and backs.

I did & held poses I’ve never really done before and was able to do some more challenging ones with guidance and spotting from the teacher which was so nice. I can’t stop thinking about the class. It was deeply inspiring.

The front desk person hooked me up with a free personal trainer session the next day without using any credits and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. This place was awesome!

He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!
