すべてのレビューを表示Sam is such a great instructor! They explain all the moves very clearly so this is a great class for beginners. Class starts with 15 minutes of warm up and conditioning and then we learn a series of moves and practice skills. You can definitely get enough time on the pole even if you have to share (and you rarely have to share a pole). Great class, would recommend!
