She was welcoming and knowledgeable, and took the time to go over the questionnaire I filled out about my medical history, past injuries, and areas of pain. The space itself was nice and intimate, which helped me relax right away. Overall, it was such a comfortable and positive first experience — I left feeling cared for and confident about coming back.
