If you’re a beginner, she makes everything so easy to follow and explains every little detail so clearly. Her positive energy and music choices are such a bonus too!!! Definitely recommend 💖

すべてのレビューを表示My favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3

The class is perfect for anyone wanting to combine Pilates activation principles with ballet, choreography, vinyasa yoga and flow. すべてのレビューを表示The teacher was good and made the class fun! However, I felt there were too many steps to learn in a one-hour session. Personally, I prefer focusing on fewer steps so I can really enjoy the ones I already know, without feeling rushed. When there are too many new steps, it can feel more like a marathon, making it hard to enjoy the dance and the music while trying to remember everything. Sometimes, less is more—but I understand that others may enjoy this faster pace. Just my personal opinion! 🙂
