They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. She gave me a great haircut, used a Nashi filler treatment and an additional hair mask, and my hair feels so much softer, healthier and shinier. Honestly I didn't quite know what to expect but my face was microneedled experience ( I think?) and I discovered my eyebrows are pretty darn sensitive because ouch. Afterwards my face was very red and then it settled down about an hour or three later. It's been about a week later and honestly I feel there's been no difference in terms of skin quality but maybe the treatment wasn't for my type of skin. Dudu herself was very kind and gentle. I wouldn't have this package experience again especially because I was looking for something more relaxing and pampering and that's on me for not really reading the options
