It was very focused on the areas where I needed it most, especially my shoulders. I’ve been having shoulder pain for a while, and the deep massage really helped. She is really calm and puts you at ease before starting. I went te release tension that had been building up due to a lot of sports (tennis) in my legs and back, and some discomfort in my shoulder and arm due to the combination of tennis and computer work.
