すべてのレビューを表示Fun new experience, good core workout, open to do it more often! Feel energized, loved it! Teacher was great but would love to hear more details about how to use the right techniques. The instructions went by quick, maybe I was distracted or because it was my first time, I had to watch the rest a few times to understand the movements. For the rest it was still fun even as a newbie.

Also for absolute beginners this is manageable, will definitely come back

すべてのレビューを表示Thank you Shauna for the class tonight. One hour went so quickly when you’re having fun. It’s a nice mix of challenge and enjoyment of the dance. I like that she pushes us to do the moves the right way and not just getting the choreo. The bolder, the better. The vibe is good and the song choice too. It’s my first time to try the class today, and will definitely join again. 🙂

I’ve picked up ballet again recently after almost 20 years and I went from being advanced to beginner again which has not been easy. I’ve been trying out different studios, teachers and level of class for the past 3 weeks and I’ve now taken 2 classes with Chanquito, one beginner and one beginner / intermediate. In both I found that he has the perfect balance of care, patience, but also making it a challenging enough class while also making it easily accessible for different levels. I leave his class feeling great, both physically and mentally. The classes are fun and relaxed while demanding enough to improve technique. I’ve found the class and teacher I will commit to!

Her class is such high quality, she provides great advices, the class is truly challenging and so well structured and thought through. Julia (the instructor) is also very talented, so she can demonstrate many new poses and she explains how to learn them, she also has a stunning energy that creates such a beautiful yoga atmosphere. Truly my favorite yoga class. I wish she’d give classes in Paris as well
