The music was fun, the routines that she choreographed were engaging, and it's very inclusive for all levels from beginner to more advanced. I'll definitely be back!

She has such a positive energy and is incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. Jennifer explains everything clearly, helps you build confidence, and makes sure everyone feels included regardless of their level. If you’re thinking about trying Aerial Hoop, I highly recommend taking a class with Jennifer. She made my first experience so enjoyable that I can’t wait to come back for more!

Les locaux étaient aussi superbes. Ils ont d’excellents locaux, la salle est spacieuse, il y a des miroirs partout et chacun à sa barre (on n’a pas besoin de la partager). Donc c’est vraiment trop cool. J’aimerais trop revenir.

Liza is a warm and informative practitioner and helped bring me into a place of rest and digest much quicker than most. I left this class feeling lighter, more grounded and a lot less anxious than when I walked in. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful class! Thank you Liza x

To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. Les enchaînements à la barre étaient d’un niveau très élevé et totalement impossible pour un débutant. La professeur était très gentille et m’a proposé des exercices personnalisés mais je pense qu’il serait bien de clarifier les niveaux et l’accessibilité lors des réservations.

As a first timer at this gym though I was not given any info about a) where the class was (it's not obvious) or b) where the bathrooms/lockers were. So this would be pretty intimidating as someone new to gyms and there wasn't much intro to the class either. Advice to new people would be to emphasise that it's your first time to the reception desk and the trainer. The class itself was quite high intensity, it's hard to know what sort of weights to get as you're using the same couple of sets of weights for 10ish different exercises.
