I don’t think the man I saw gave me his name but he was very professional and accommodating, and the massage was very good. I booked a 45 minute sports massage to see what it was like and I think if I come back I’d go for the hour and a half option as the time flew by!

I particularly enjoyed the acupuncture as I’d never tried it before, but it made such a difference! Would highly recommend trying it (and no, it doesn’t hurt!) as it calmed my spinal tension down right away. My session ended with Rob offering some energy work (Reiki) which was also wonderful and my first time trying. I’ve woken up the next day feeling much more grounded, a huge pain relief on my back/neck and even reduced anxiety. I am really looking forward to my next session with Rob :)

I went in with a list on my phone, fully prepared for the type of disheartening conversation you might have with a GP. Fortunately, this experience was completely different. I felt heard. And whilst nothing was over-promised, there seemed to be tangible steps we could take to improve my troublesome symptoms. It’s too early to say anything about long-term results, but my first impressions have been great. Worth being prepared to end up in your underwear - just a note if you’ve never been for acupuncture before!
