    PILATES FLOW - Rhoda

    Rhoda was an excellent instructor! Not only washed she kind and welcoming but the flow was perfect and it was a great class for all skill levels. It was challenging but Rhoda provided modifications and options for everyone. I loved the class, the vibes were so great I will definitely come back!

    Soul Good Community Women Boxing Class

    The instructor does not do class pass anymore! She tried to take her listing off but class pass hasn’t done so! Reach out to her directly on her ig. She is super sweet and taught us so much in our session even though she didn’t do class pass anymore. Would recommend!
